As I woke up to the sunrise, I knew I had a long way to go. I had no clue as to how I could make it possible.
I stood up for myself, gave it a thought.
And then I kept walking.
As I walk past the thought, the straight roads ahead seemed to be a never ending one.
I stood for a while wondering if it would take me a million years to complete the journey.
And then I kept walking.
As I further walked down the road, there was a well I noticed on one side of the road. And when I peeped inside it looked deep...So deep that even my echo could not return to me.
I stood up to think if the well had dried up.
And then I kept walking.
As I walked further down the road I found an empty Car which had a note on its window saying” Use me reach to your destination”. So as I decided to use the car and opened the door, I found another note which said “Please find the keys at the end of this road”.
I stood out of the car wondering why I would come back if I reached the end of this road.
And then I kept walking.
As I saw the skylight going dimmer and the sky turning pale yellow, I started getting a feeling that even sun got bored with me.
I stood still to watch the sun set exactly at the end of my never ending road, I thought of getting closer to the end of the road and catch on a good nights sleep with the sun.
And then I kept walking.
As I reach the end of the tiresome road and smiling after a lonesome walk, I found a shinning little star lying on the road end corner.
I stood still for a moment, but soon I realized it was just a bunch of keys. As they appeared clearer, they did look like Car keys to me.
As I smiled with sarcasm and took the keys up, I found yet another note which said” Now do not be a fool to throw away the keys. Take it back to the Car, Your journey has just begun”
I stood amazed at the note and wondered if I should go back to the car. After giving it a thought fro a while, I was ready for another couple of Hours walk back to the car.
And then I kept walking.
AS I kept walking back towards the car, my tiredness kept going away and I felt as if I had just woke up.
Just when I reached the Car, I found a beautiful girl and it seemed she was waiting there just for me and the moment I saw her there was a perfect smile on my face to which she couldn’t help but acknowledge.
Then we lied on the bonnet of the car, as we gazed into the sky looking to plough our fields with glittering diamonds.
Then when I asked her out on a drive she turned her head towards me while we were gazing into the sky to say “Going together in a Car is a road less travelled. Roads are only meant to travel, it never completes a journey. The real journey is complete when you get off the road and into the wild”
I stood for myself, the real self. I got off the car, held her hands as the sun was about to rise and just that very magic hour; we decided to go Off the road and Into the wild.
And then we kept walking.
